The hotel was located very close to restaurants, boat dock, and such as well as bars, restaurants, stalls and shops. The room was fine and spotless, included large bathroom. Btw, it was overlooking garden. The location of the venue was marvellous and beautiful - at a medium distance from Lake Atitlan. Furthermore, by the lake.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is excellent - right on the main street so it's super close to everything, but surprisingly quiet. The SPA facilities are top-notch, with older but well-maintained options like steam rooms and warm pools. The service from the staff was outstanding, making our group feel pampered throughout our stay. The room was basic, but spacious and had everything we needed. Plus, having breakfast included was a rare treat in Guatemala, and the variety of choices was absolutely delicious.

The only downside was the outdated look of some areas and the occasional need to ask for toiletries and wifi password. But overall, everything was ok.

Quaint hotel, staff were amazingly attentive and the location was ideal so near buses to other destinations. I liked the room with balloons, the bed was comfortable. Location: the venue was so close to bars, restaurants, stalls and shops. A few times I ate at Almendros, located within a close distance from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of town. The location couldn't have been better as it was close to the city center and just a stone's throw away from buses to other destinations. Being in the center of the action of Panajachel made exploring the area a breeze. The hotel itself was surrounded by a beautiful garden, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms had a touch of old world charm and were equipped with modern amenities like a reliable wifi connection. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast included in the room rate was a great perk.
